too wide, I think it might be one of the post war east german ones.

East German belts are usually spot on for WW2 buckles but the West German Bundy ones are too wide to fit WW2 buckles(originals or repros).

Is that because MacDonalds had landed in the west? :D

From Stoneleigh yesterday:
WW2:
'39 patt BD jacket from 'Adler & Co' for £55
Size 1 putties (Post war Belgian, but £1 for the pair for my g/f - thanks for the tip-off Gadge and Evo! They had no decent size 4 left by the time I got back there though  )
STEN loader, (second pattern/type) in pristine condition for £1.50 (no need for one, but couldn't resist - especially as everyone else was trying to sell rusty ones for £10)
2 SMLE stocks for £5 each
Brass butt plate for one of the above stocks £10 - An early birthday present from my g/f.
50 inert .303 rounds £35 - Another early birthday present from my g/f.
A type L field phone (and a post-war type J field phone). Got both for £12
"Middlesex" shoulder titles. Brilliant quality repros - best I saw at the show, and the cheapest too for just £5 the pair!
A genuine "MG" proficiency/trade badge (not very common - usually ~£10). Snaffled it for £1!
Brit brown helmet net in good condition £3
Three spare green rotary shank BD buttons for 5p each.
One 'long' 37patt brace strap 50p
1960s FS cap (size '63' for my massive '62' head!), which I'm going to convert to WW2 style, £3
A set of BREN auxiliary pouches for £4
A MT pouch for £2

Non WW2:
AK74 DDR NVA strichtarn pouch £3

EDITED for addition of things I'd forgotton that I'd bought

Yeah was good to see you there, sorry it was a fleeting chat but I had the 'purchase vision' on.

Weirdly after meeting you we bumped into Dave Barret, Forrester, Chomley, Yith, Ranj, Craig and a few others! Seems we all went to that area at the same time.

I managed to get

2 pairs size three anklets for a mere quid each
pair of 40s style but 50s dated pyjamas (bloody useless i know but they were six quid and amusing!)
FS cap
some bits and pieces for 'Freshman'
Blue Staffords c coy lanyard
Some Staffords buttons for my blazer

and lastly an unblancoed almost mint condition e-tool carrier for my desert kit.

I saw that 303 for £35 a bag and was really tempted but just couldn't afford it this time, i was also frustrated to find that the one pair of dispatch rider boots were in my size but utterly ruined on the soles and he stil wanted £75 for them.

As Chomley said, i cant help but agree, its all getting very expensive compared to previous years. I saw some utter tat at silly prices on some stalls.

Another Stoneleigh haul:
Light blue lanyard (one of the 10)
Repro Sten bandolier
RAF Officer's Mess Dress (No5s) in my size (almost, the trousers are actually too large on the waist) - it looks like a 50's one (zip fly), but it is the 1934 pattern.
Pegs for the shelter half (to replace the Alsos casualties)
Various RAF KC buttons.
British stripey PJs
